This comprehensive “hands-on” course includes instruction on reflexology theory and techniques, as well as how to map the feet by using guidelines to identify body cavities, segments of the spine and the specific location for various important reflexes.
It goes beyond a general relaxation treatment to include treatment protocols for common medical conditions. Students will be instructed on how to determine areas of emphasis for those treatments. Included will be common neck, shoulder, back, knee and hip conditions, plantar fasciitis, achilles tendonitis, respiratory issues, digestive disturbances, eye and ear problems, headaches, sinusitis, stress, anxiety and depression, menstrual, reproductive and menopausal problems, and special considerations for pregnant woman, diabetics and oncology patients.
